Shipping policy

Once your order is submitted,  orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) but usually quicker! Most packages are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

For orders over $175, we offer fast and free shipping. Even if you don’t hit the mark for free shipping your order ships just as fast for $9.99

Our guaranteed one to two day expedited shipping is $59.99 (Sundays and holidays are excluded from 1–2-day guarantee)

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Lace & Grace Boutique, located at 11152 State Route 41 West Union, OH 45693.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 day. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM - 6PM on Monday - Friday, and 9AM - 4PM Saturday.  Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@laceandgraceboutiqueoh.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
