AfterPay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make a purchase now and pay for them in four equal payments which are made every two weeks without any interest.

Shipping questions
Can I Pick up my online order
Yes! You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our West Union, Ohio location. Just select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll have your order ready within 1 day. We'll send you an email when it's ready. Our pickup hours are 9AM–6PM Monday through Friday and 9AM–4PM Saturday. Please bring your order confirmation email with you.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped via USPS. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. We offer free shipping on orders over $175, and flat rate shipping of $9.99 for orders under that amount. For full details, visit our Shipping Policy.
Important note about preorders: Preorder items ship on the estimated date listed on the product page, not the standard 2-3 day processing time. Please note that the estimated delivery dates shown by Shop Pay or other payment apps do not apply to preorder items. If your order contains a preorder item, the entire order may be held until the preorder is ready to ship.
Returns questions
Can I return an item?
We offer online store credit within 14 days of your delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags still attached. Please note that all sale items, jewelry, swimsuits, leggings, undergarments, seasonal items, and accessories are final sale. For shoes, the box must be undamaged and unlabeled.
