Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), though many orders ship sooner.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note:
- Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
- During sales, holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Options
Standard Shipping — $9.99
Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.
Free Shipping — Orders $175+
Orders over $175 qualify for free standard shipping.
Expedited Shipping — $59.99
Expedited shipping prioritizes carrier transit time only and does not bypass our standard processing time unless otherwise stated.
Delivery estimates exclude Sundays and holidays and are not guaranteed due to possible carrier delays.
Preorder Items
Items marked PREORDER will ship on or around the estimated arrival date listed on the product page.
Please note:
- Preorder arrival dates are estimates and may change due to vendor or shipping delays outside of our control.
- Orders containing preorder items may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
In-Store Pickup
We offer free local pickup at:

Orders selected for local pickup are typically ready within 1 business day. Customers will receive an email notification once the order is ready for pickup.
Pickup Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 9AM–6PM
- Saturday: 9AM–4PM
Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear through the carrier.
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Lace & Grace Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and mailbox
- Asking neighbors or household members
- Contacting the shipping carrier for GPS delivery information
- Filing a claim directly with the carrier if necessary
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to replace or refund packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
