Return Policy
At Lace & Grace Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns that meet the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for shipped orders or within 14 days of in-store purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, free of makeup/deodorant stains, and have original tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside another shipping box or mailer. Shoe boxes with shipping labels attached will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items discounted 25% or more
- Sale items
- Doorbusters
- Preorder items
- Jewelry
- Leggings
- Undergarments/Bralettes
- Swimsuits
- Holiday or seasonal items
- Food items
- Mystery bags/boxes
- Accessories
- Gift cards
Preorder Items
Items marked PREORDER are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.
Please note:
- Preorder arrival dates are estimated and may change due to manufacturer or shipping delays outside of our control.
- If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once the preorder item arrives unless otherwise stated.

Return Processing
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for returns to arrive
- 5–7 business days for processing after delivery
Store credit will be issued to the email associated with the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at:

Items reported after the timeframe may not qualify for replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a 5% processing fee.
Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to:
- a 15% cancellation/restocking fee
- applicable credit card processing fees
Preorder items cannot be canceled.
Shipping Delays
Once packages are accepted by USPS or the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before submitting their order.
