Return Policy
Lace & Grace Boutique will gladly grant ONLINE STORE CREDIT up to 14 days after delivery date. Credit will be for the amount paid for the product and will not include shipping charges. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags still attached. If returning shoes, the box must be undamaged, DO NOT tape the shoe box & ship back with label on the box, we won't be able to credit it for you. All final sale items, items discounted more than 25%, mystery bags, holiday items, seasonal items, customs, team apparel, doorbusters, food items, jewelry, swimsuits, leggings, under garments, & accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
Defective Item:
- If you receive a defective item, please contact customer care here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing cause by improper care of handling or incorrect sizing.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Please include the original invoice and any notes as to why the item is being returned. You will be responsible for all return shipping cost. We do not refund shipping when returning an item. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. A store credit will be applied to your account and your will receive an email after the return is processed. We do our best to process your return as quickly as possible but may take up to 2-3 days. ALL SALE ITEMS & BUNDLE BOXES ARE *FINAL SALE* and are NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order that has been placed, an order needs to be cancelled within 24 hours to only deduct a 5% credit card fee. We can still cancel after the 24 hours but a 15% cancellation fee and credit card reversal fee will be deducted from the amount that is refunded.
Any item labeled PREORDER cannot be cancelled
Theft Policy
At Lace & Grace Boutique, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and promptly. Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Delivered Packages:
- Orders are considered successfully delivered when the shipping carrier provides a delivery confirmation (including date, time, and location).
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including those taken from porches, mailrooms, or other delivery locations.
What to Do if Your Package Is Missing
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:
- Checking around your property (porch, side doors, garage, etc.)
- Asking neighbors or household members
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
- Filing a police report
