Returns Policy

Lace & Grace Boutique will gladly grant
ONLINE STORE CREDIT up to 14 days after delivery date. Credit will be for the amount paid for the product and will not include shipping charges.  Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags still attached. If returning shoes, the box must be undamaged, DO NOT tape the shoe box & ship back with label on the box, we won't be able to credit it for you. All final sale items, items discounted more than 25%, mystery bags, holiday items, seasonal items, customs, team apparel, doorbusters, food items, jewelry, swimsuits, leggings, under garments, & accessories are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact customer care here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue.  If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. 
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing cause by improper care of handling or incorrect sizing.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.  Please include the original invoice and any notes as to why the item is being returned.  You will be responsible for all return shipping cost. We do not refund shipping when returning an item. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.  A store credit will be added to your online store account.  If you checked out as a guest, create an account using the email address that you ordered with. We do our best to process your return as quickly as possible but may take up to 2-3 days.  ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE *FINAL SALE* and are NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED.




Standard Shipping within the continental United States is $7.50.  Shipment to Hawaii & Alaska is $9.95.  We offer free shipping on orders that are over $150 within the continental United States. We also have priority express which will typically be there the next day or 2 days. We cannot ship bedstu priority express unless you contact us first! Standard shipping orders take 1-3 days to be processed, packaged and shipped.  We do our best to get you your package as quickly as possible! Lace & Grace Boutique is NOT responsible for products that are lost or damaged in the mail.  The USPS or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages. All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation.


Changes In Orders

We understand that sometimes you need to change or cancel an order and we are here to help but you must contact us immediately.  We are unable to apply codes to orders already placed online. All cancellations are subject to a 10% fee to cover the fees associated with the transaction on our end.  Our team pack and ship orders out fast, so once your order is processed we will be unable to change or cancel your order.
